Our Alpaca Garments are 100% guaranteed, but in the event of your wishing to exchange or return due to product defect, please call the following number or (511) …..or send a message to info@ lazos….com, to initialize the process.

To  make a change or return, let us know within 5 days of receiving the garment or item. Exchanges may be made for the same item or a different one of the same value.

Hand wash or dry clean only. Use a mild, soft detergent suitable for fine garments. Do not twist, and dry flat. Do not dry in direct sunlight.

Gently handwash in cool water, using a mild detergent or baby shampoo, Squeeze out water, wring out the item, and lay flat to dry in a shaded area. Never tumble dry!
